FAQ's
1. How can I track my order??? There will be a tracking number on the invoice that has be emailed to you. Confirmations are sent via email once your order has been received.
2. Once orders have been shipped out you will receive an email letting you know you order has been processed, packaged and shipped out. If you did not receive an email please check your spam folder. Please allow 24 to 48 hrs to check the status of your order.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order?? Due to our top priority to make sure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
4. Do we restock sold out items? Yes if it is asked back by popular demand otherwise email and we can also get that item if not we will let you know at time of request give us 24 hrs to reply back to all emails.
5. Is my personal information secured and protected??? Yes Shopping on our site is safe and secure. All payments collected are through merchant services Stripe and PayPal. Keeping our customers safe is our top priority no personal information is shared.
